超纯氧化铝国内外生产技术及新工艺研究
在深入研究超纯氧化铝国内外生产技术现状的基础上,提出了酸碱结合法生产超纯氧化铝的新工艺,这种工艺可有效地剔除产品中的Fe、Ca、Mg、Na等杂质离子,使杂质总量降低到0.012%下以下。在利用煤系高岭岩(土)生产超纯氧化铝的生产试验中,作者还发现,中间产品Al(OH)3中Na 的赋存状态是多样的。采用一般的洗涤方法,只可将其含量降低到0.3%左右,采用合理的剔除方法,可以有效地剔除产品中的Na ,使其含量降低到0.03%左右。产品中Al2O3的含量达99.9%以上,同时避免了环境污染和设备腐蚀等。
On the basis of a review of the technology status of super purity aluminium oxide at home and abroad ,a new process combined acid with alkali was put forward. The impurity ion in the product such as Fe3 ,Ca2 ,Mg2 ,Na can be effectively removed to less than 0.012%in the process. In the industrial test of super purity aluminium oxide produced by coal-series kaolin rock(clay), it was found that the present statuses of Na in the medium product were variety. Its content can be reduced to 0.03%by taking advantage of reasonable method. The content of Al2O3 in the product is over 99.9%.
